The Coming of the Aliens: Part III

by Tengu
Original concept by TGB

The Three Nations, once home to peaceful peoples, turned to the worst of enemies. Driven to madness by their lust for power, the visitors turned on each other, using our myriad peoples as fodder for their own twisted designs. Armies were raised and felled. Strange technologies were birthed, only to be used for sheer destruction. Soon, even the lands themselves became warped with violent energy, rent apart by constant bloodshed and battle.

Soon, leaders within the Thousand Dunes, as well as those of the Great Forest and Endless Seas, understood that should their war continue, our very civilization would be forfeit. Using what we had learned of their technology, the remnants of the Three Nations united, to seal away the visitors that once had led us out of the darkness. Hidden away in the farthest reaches of our world, the beasts were stopped, for what we hoped would be forever.

Time passed, and so crippled by the War, our disparate peoples struggled to rebuild our once great world. Soon, memories of the visitors faded into long-forgotten nightmares, as the Three Nations, united after this terrible dark age, began to prosper once more.

We had thought them sealed away forever, hidden from even time itself -- a legend to scare children, their faces hidden in the lines of stars above.

But we were wrong. And soon, we would learn that they were not alone...

The end...?

2 days left! Ya, I wanted a little BB/LB/GB homage and I thought they turned out great. I just can't wait to see some custom paint jobs on these...but, I doubt many will do that w/ the limited 21 sets...
